ABOUT / THE COMPANY OPERATING SYSTEM

Built from
the inside.

Pentagon is a company operating system built around real organizational needs. We design and build the system around the real work of running the organization.

Abstract human silhouettes behind frosted glassPeople give the organization its meaning.
01 / OUR REASON

One environment for
a fuller understanding.

Running a company through separate tools creates separate pictures of the same organization. Employee records, tasks, results and team context rarely meet.

Pentagon grew from the ambition to connect them. It brings HRIS, task tracking, performance, assessments and operational processes into an owned platform, with further modules developing alongside migration.

02 / WHY PENTAGON EXISTS

Four reasons to build.

01

Subscription cost optimization

Reduce reliance on separate corporate subscriptions and build an owned operating foundation. This is a development goal, not a quantified savings claim.

02

Unified company analytics

Bring related company data together so relationships can be explored across tools and functions.

03

Vertical analytics

Explore the company at department, team, role and individual levels, within the appropriate access scope.

04

Custom operational coverage

Address coordination and management needs that existing software does not cover well for the organization.

03 / MISSION

Connect people,
processes and
intelligence.

To connect people, processes and intelligence into one operating system that helps organizations understand themselves and work better.

04 / VISION

A company that
understands itself.

A future where leaders see relationships between people, teams, work and results. Where technology supports understanding and people retain judgment and responsibility.

WHERE WE ARE

Already in production.

Pentagon is already being used in production. The first migration wave from HiBob is underway. This website introduces the product and its direction; it is separate from the internal operating platform.
